This is a great question! Too many reasons to type, but we’ll keep it brief for your own sanity:

- Our biomechanics are optimized. A lot of brands claim this, but they aren’t.
- We stock common wear and replacement components to minimize your facility's downtime.
If I place an order, how long will it be before I get the machine?
Unless otherwise specified, equipment is stocked. Meaning someone will reach out to you within one day to arrange the delivery and installation.
What options do I have for customization?
Currently we offer matte black as our standard paint and carbon fiber vinyl upholstery. If you would like to customize these options please reach out to via our Contact Page and we will get this sorted out for you!

Currently our website is optimized to serve the midwest. If you are outside of this region, it is likely asking you to reach out to support to get a custom quote for shipping. Please leave a message using our Contact Page and we will get back to you within one business day.
Why are the pieces priced the way that they are?
We are assuming you have an objection to the price. We do not compete with other products on price because we don’t offer the same cookie cutter machines. We make superior products and therefore our costs to manufacture are higher. If price is a serious constraint, we may have financing options available.
Can I get a better price?
Adopting a Tesla model we have a no-haggle price for our products. Meaning everyone gets the same price: our best price.
I bought this from someone else, does the warranty period transfer?
Yes! Assuming you know the original owner and who you bought it from; we can track the original purchase date and honor our warranty period sold to the original owner. We are that confident in the durability of our machines. Please fill out a transfer of ownership form: Here.
