Warranty Coverage

• The warranty terms apply regardless of the purpose of use (commercial, light commercial, or residential).
• Covers failures resulting from manufacturing defects before or after intended use.
• Intended use is at the discretion of Evoke Fitness. For questions on proper operation, contact your local representative.
• For any components not covered in the table above, please reach out to your local representative for further assistance.

Defect Reporting

• Report any component defects, even outside warranty terms, within one business day to prevent further damage and to ensure a functional and safe space.

Outside Warranty Support

• If outside the warranty, Evoke Fitness will assist with OEM replacements. Several spares are available directly online (Click Here).

Customer Agreement

• The possessor of any Evoke Fitness product, releases Evoke Fitness of any legal liability that may result, direct or indirect, from manufacturing defect.
• By purchasing the equipment, the owner acknowledges and agrees to all terms within this document.
