Customers who financed their order through Klarna are eligible for a refund only -- exchanges are not available for Klarna-financed purchases. Additionally, the 14-day return window applies only to Klarna orders. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned unopened, unused, and undamaged within 14 days of delivery.
